Pressed rosé with no residual sugar, aged on fine lees for a fuller finish.

A blend of clay-limestone and sand terroirs gives this cuvée a more virile, earthy character. Partial barrel ageing adds volume, roundness and sweetness. Full-bodied, fine tannins.
